1. The service

Affordable Mobile Welding operates a website that connects people who need welding work ("customers") with independent mobile welding businesses ("welders"). We are a referral service only and are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a welder. See our Disclaimer.

2. Customers

Requests are free. By submitting a request you confirm the information is accurate, that you are 18 or older, and that you authorize us to share it with up to three welders in our network. We don't guarantee that a welder will respond, be available or complete your job.

3. Communications consent

By submitting a form, you agree that we and the welders we refer you to may contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology, about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us. Message and data rates may apply. Calls to the phone numbers on this site are tracking numbers that connect you to a welder in our network; calls may be recorded and logged for quality, dispute resolution and billing purposes.

4. Welders

Welders apply to join the network and may be accepted or removed at our discretion. Welders are independent businesses and must hold any license, registration and insurance required for their work and comply with all laws, including laws on contacting consumers. Welders must not resell or share leads.

5. Welder fees and billing

New welders receive an introductory number of free leads, as stated when they join. After that, fees are charged on one of these plans, as agreed in writing (email or text is fine): (a) pay per lead or call, invoiced periodically for leads and qualifying calls delivered; (b) prepaid lead credits, purchased in advance and drawn down as leads are delivered; or (c) a flat monthly fee for an exclusive territory, paid in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or ACH bank transfer. A qualifying call is one lasting 60 seconds or more from a caller in the welder's service area. Welders may dispute a lead within 7 days of delivery (for example a wrong number, out-of-area request, duplicate or spam) and we will credit valid disputes. Unpaid invoices may result in paused leads. Prepaid credits and monthly fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we agree. Either party may end the arrangement with notice; fees for leads already delivered remain due.

6. Acceptable use

Don't submit false requests, spam, or anything unlawful, and don't misuse the site.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The site and service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any work performed by a welder. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees, if any, you paid us in the prior three months.
